UX Researcher & Designer

Experience first, pixels later.

I'm Tiffany — I spend most of my time understanding what people actually need before I design anything. Over four years, I've shaped design improvements across healthcare, consumer tech, and the public sector, turning messy, high-stakes problems into experiences people can trust.
